[Name] Dataset

The simplest of datasets - just a list of names. Could be a list of IKEA products, a list of movie titles, a list of animals - anything!

[Stat] Dataset

Along with the name, you can include additional columns with numerical statistics. Think Pokémon stats, songs on Spotify with their play counts, world's tallest humans etc.

[Geo] Dataset

A geo dataset is also a stat dataset, but you must have columns for latitude and longitude. Like cities, mountains, landmarks etc.
